If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in future COD orders being declined.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

LYRE Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by courier services after an order has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
